Measurement
Data collection is crucial for sustainability projects within an organization as it provides a solid foundation for informed decision-making. By systematically gathering and analyzing data, organizations can pinpoint areas needing improvement, such as resource inefficiencies or operational impacts. This insight allows for the setting of clear, measurable goals that drive progress and accountability.
